What you should see
Only the line you edited updates — its audio regenerates in a few seconds. Every other line in the video stays exactly as it was, with its original timing to your clicks and zooms unaffected.
Common issues or troubleshooting
Worried editing one line will re-dub the whole video — it won’t. Editing a line only regenerates that specific line, which is what keeps iterating on a dub cheap: fix one sentence, hear it in seconds, without waiting on the rest.
A line still sounds off after editing — try rephrasing the translated text more explicitly rather than editing the original; AutoCast regenerates from what you type in the translated field.
A line is flagged “Too long” instead of editable text — use AI Shorten first, then fine-tune with a manual edit if needed. See AI Shorten too-long lines.
