These terms cover your use of the AutoCast macOS app and autocast.studio (together, "AutoCast"), operated by Brand Frontier Capital ("we", "us"). By downloading or using AutoCast, you agree to them.
You own everything you record and export with AutoCast. We claim no rights to your recordings, translations, or exported videos. You're responsible for having the rights to whatever you record (e.g. software you're demoing, content you narrate).
AutoCast's voice cloning is intended for cloning your own voice only. You may not use AutoCast to clone, synthesize, or impersonate the voice of any other person without their explicit, informed consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used to generate impersonating or deceptive voice content.
Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on referred customers' payments in their first 12 months, tracked via a 60-day cookie, paid monthly 30 days after each transaction. Self-referrals and bidding on "AutoCast" brand keywords in paid search are not permitted and may result in forfeited commissions.
Don't use AutoCast to: violate someone else's rights (including the voice-cloning restriction above); distribute malware or unlawful content; attempt to reverse-engineer or resell AutoCast without permission; or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.
AutoCast's recording and editing run locally and don't require our servers. Translation and voice synthesis depend on third-party providers and an internet connection, and may occasionally be unavailable; we'll aim to communicate any extended outage.
AutoCast is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of AutoCast. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited (e.g. under Australian Consumer Law).
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Effective" date above and, where required, communicated to active subscribers.
